I would recommend it to people. It teaches you how to relax and allow you to experience and give love to people you do not like and to people you love. This relaxation technique for loving kindness should probably be done before your day starts and as you develop the technique you can use it during the times when you need it the most.
- What is the concept of "mental workout"? What does the research indicate are the proven benefits of a mental workout? How can you implement mental workouts to foster your psychological health? It is not possible to evolve our psychospiritual life and access its capabilities and resources without daily practice (Dacher p. 64). The most meaningful aim of practice is not the rest and relaxation, but rather the progressive development of an expande consciousness and its healing capacities.

Based on your
reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing), where do
you rate your A-physical well-being, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological
well-being? Why? physical well being I rate a 7 because I am working towards developing a habit of physically taking care of myself. Psychological well-being a 5 because I am slowly taking the time to figure out what I want and not what other people want for me. Spiritual well-being is to learn how to enjoy life and be free spiritually, to star to pray more and develop myself from the inside out, I would give myself a 5

Develop a goal for
yourself in each area (physical, spiritual, psychological). To stay more physcially active in order to keep my body more healthy. Spiritually to be more in tuned with myself and to focus more on prayer to develop myself. psychologically is to find my way and the direction I want to go.

exercise can you implement in your life to assist in moving toward each goal? Relaxing more, doing more exercises, trying to stay more in tuned with what I really need, to better understand myself.

beneficial? Frustrating? etc.) I think that is was a very relaxing exercise. It helps your body to relax. I use to have a relaxaton tape that I would listen to before I went to sleep but I had to stop because it use to give me bad dreams I guess because my mind was to open.
